Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of siphonaut.com and the Siphonaut waitlist. The site is operated by Joyrudder, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Joyrudder,” “we,” “us”).

By using the site or submitting your email, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. The waitlist

The site is a coming-soon waitlist. Joining it is not a product license, not a purchase, and not a guarantee that you will receive access, an invite, a beta seat, or any software.

Submitting an email does not create an account, a subscription, or a contract for services beyond holding that email for the purposes in the Privacy Policy.

2. Aspirational copy is not a warranty

Marketing on the site — including “Add features to any website,” “Then you add scripts that change the page on the fly — new functions on the site you’re already using,” descriptions of API discovery, inject, skill packs, and similar — describes what we hope to build. It is not a warranty, specification, or promise that any feature exists today or will ship in any particular form. Community or crowdsourced packs are not part of this waitlist and are not a current offer.

Displayed agent instructions, sample API calls, tokens, and references to api.siphonaut.com are illustrative and coming soon. They do not grant API access, a token, or a license, and they are not an offer of a public API.

3. Waitlist rules

  • Submit only an email address you control.
  • Do not abuse the form (spam, scraping, or automated fake submissions).
  • We may ignore, remove, or refuse any submission.
  • We may close, pause, or change the waitlist or the site at any time.

The line “No spam, ever” describes our current waitlist-mail practice. It is not a warranty of a particular volume or cadence of email.

The only way to leave the waitlist is the unsubscribe link in emails we send.

4. Browser extension

A Chrome Manifest V3 extension is in development (catalog and capture, with a feature-flagged inject that is off by default). It is not publicly listed, not sold here, and not licensed under these Terms.

If we offer that extension, Chrome permission prompts, a store listing or sideload notice, and updated terms will govern it. These Terms do not grant you the right to install, use, or reverse engineer any unpublished extension.

5. Intellectual property

The site, the name “Siphonaut,” logos, and copy are owned by Joyrudder, LLC or its licensors. You may view the pages. You may not copy the site, scrape it at scale, or use the marks except as needed to use the waitlist.

6. Third-party services

A third-party form processor handles the waitlist form. Outbound links go to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND WAITLIST ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that you will receive any product, invite, or feature.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOYRUDDER, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM THE SITE OR WAITLIST, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

JOYRUDDER, LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE OR WAITLIST WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. THE WAITLIST IS FREE, SO THAT AMOUNT IS CURRENTLY ZERO.

9. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Joyrudder, LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date will change. If you continue to use the site after an update, the new Terms apply. If you do not agree, stop using the site and leave the waitlist using the unsubscribe link in emails we send.

11. Suspension

We may suspend or stop offering the site or waitlist at any time. Provisions that should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nevada.

13. Miscellaneous

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement for the waitlist site. If a court holds a part unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them. Headings are for convenience only.
