Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Joyrudder, LLC (“Joyrudder,” “we,” “us”) collects and uses information when you visit siphonaut.com and join the Siphonaut waitlist. Joyrudder, LLC is a Nevada limited liability company.

This policy covers this website and the waitlist only. It does not cover a browser extension, a paid product, user accounts, or a public marketplace. We do not currently offer those.

1. Information we collect

This waitlist collects your email. It does not collect your browse traffic.

When you join, we collect:

  • The email address you submit.
  • Technical information our form processor and website host may receive when you load the page or submit the form, such as IP address, browser type, date and time, and referrer.

The form includes a hidden field used only to discourage automated spam. We do not use that field to collect information from people.

We do not ask for a password, payment card, or government ID on this site.

2. How we collect it

A third-party form processor handles the waitlist form for us. We do not operate a public waitlist API. Sample commands or agent notes on the site are not a data-collection product and do not create an account.

3. How we use it

We use waitlist information to:

  • Add you to the Siphonaut waitlist.
  • Email you about Siphonaut, including early access and product updates.
  • Operate, secure, and debug the site.
  • Comply with law and protect our rights.

The site currently says “No spam, ever.” That is our practice for this waitlist. We will not sell your address or send unrelated mail. If that practice changes, we will update this policy.

4. How we share it

We share personal information only:

  • With service providers who help run the waitlist (the form processor and our website host).
  • If required by law, or to protect rights, safety, or the site.
  • In connection with a merger, sale, or other transfer of Joyrudder, LLC or the Siphonaut project.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention

We keep waitlist emails until you unsubscribe, until we close the waitlist, or until we no longer need them for the purposes above.

6. Your choices

The only way to leave the waitlist is the unsubscribe link in emails we send. That is the whole opt-out for this waitlist.

7. Cookies

This waitlist site does not use advertising cookies or a third-party analytics pixel that we have added. The host or your browser may still use technical storage needed to serve the page. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy.

8. Children

The site is not directed at children under 13. Do not submit an email for a child under 13.

9. Where we process information

Joyrudder, LLC is a United States company. If you submit an email from outside the United States, it is processed in the United States, including by our service providers and by us.

10. Links

The site may link to third-party sites. Their practices are their own.

11. Software that is not on this site

We are developing a Chrome extension that would catalog APIs while you browse, with an optional inject feature that stays off unless you turn it on. That extension is not publicly listed and is not covered by this policy until we offer it and publish an updated policy and a permissions disclosure.

12. Security

We use reasonable measures for a small waitlist. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change. If you keep using the site after an update, the revised policy applies to later visits and submissions.
